![]() This is a few pictures of my 1974 Baja Project. It is named Thunderbug because I am using a 1985 Ford Turbocoupe Thunderbird engine in it. This will give me 200 H.P, fuel injection water cooled power and heat. This should make an excellent driver and creek machine. It will by going through a 1974 IRS Type 2 tranny and the same CV's at all four ends. Built custom rear IRS arms that give 4" of lift and keep the tire in the fender wells for street use. Twisted front beam and 3" body lift. The widest Mark 5 body kit and I am working on a rear wing from aluminum that will house the radatior,A/C condensor and electric fans. It looks like a pro-street bug wing. Running the 31" tall x 13.5" wide BFG Mudders at all four corners on AWG 15" x 10" wheels all the way around. I hope you like it and I will update as I get new pictures. These are already outdated.
