Hey Roy,

I missed your post. I never tried that. May have to give it a try. I'm thinking about some holes in top of the visor or a wire tie through the bottom to keep it from closing all the way. I'm a little worried the dust may stick to the WD-40 though. Certainly worth a try if I'm still having problems:-)
