DIY - Alcohol Injection Recipe
- The system that I have came up with utilizes some used parts that I had laying around and a few new ones too. I don't guarantee as good results as I have seen, but on the other hand some of you might experience better. You may have to do some looking around junk yards, but when a guy is on a budget you do what you can do-:) Let me apologize for the lack of part numbers and such. I didn't plan on writing a recipe for this. I hope that some of you will benefit from it, although it may require a little investigative work. Here's the basic run down...

Home Grown EGO Sensor Meter
- Make your own O2 meter. Here is my version of an LM3914 driven display for an EGO sensor (O2 sensor, lambda sensor). It uses the bar mode of a 3914 and is scaled from 0 V to 1 V, so all ten LEDs are in use.

Custom Auto Electronics and Auto Electrical Reference Manual
- I haven't bought this book yet. It *IS* on my Amazon wish list for the next time I feel like seeing the UPS man though. It covers the new electronic cars and will probably be the best information you will find if you want to put an existing computer controlled engine on a buggy. One viewer here used it to wire a T-bird engine on his buggy and I'd bet that the book is a keeper...even if the author's nickname is "Choco".
